City of Roseville CA announces Swimming Pool Cover Rebates - Save water and keep your pool clean by installing a pool cover. Customers can receive a $50 rebate, or 50% of the purchase price of a pool cover, whichever is less. Or get up to a $200 rebate if a permanent mechanical pool cover is installed.
