The Online Dealer ordering process is simple! Just send me an email that you wish to become a dealer and we will get you into our system and get you going with the best and most affordable product on the market for rolling solar covers.
Dealer Product Photos and Resources: We have everything you need to begin marketing online, including pretty much ready to go plug-in shopping cart code you can paste into your web store for the product description along with many product photos. There is also a 300dpi catalog ready download area for high-res photos. Plus a "sales report" of our meager online sales (with no advertising) which we are confident you will more than out-do with your higher-traffic visitor rate of shoppers.
Dealer Ordering Online: Once we have you in our "wholesale group" buying level, you can use our self-service "Wholesale Pricing Secure Dealer Ordering" to procure the Solar Roller & Caddy quantities you want. There is an optional pay-as-you-go convenience with creditcard, or we can invoice you after $1000 in sales has been established with us.
Fax Your Orders: Orders can also be faxed direct to us. There is an additional $2 handling fee for faxed orders to encourage using the online system to reduce overhead for us, and increase accuracy of the customer data on the order.
Pay-As-You-Go: If you have not established an invoicing account, we can initially set you up with a creditcard account for faxed orders. Or send us the order via snail-mail and include a check with your order. After you have a minimum history with us we will set you up an invoice account (see below).
Invoice Accounts: Again, once a dealer has reached a prior purchase history of $1000, we will convert you from pay-as-you-go to an "Invoice Account". Customers must have established an order history of $1000 prior to conversion to an invoicing account.
FREE Solar Roller in Every Case: If you order by the case YOU SAVE almost $95 dollars. That's a free Solar Roller in every case, providing a substantial boost to your profit margins. I guess we say, ORDER BY THE CASE!
FREE Shipping by the Case: For even MORE SAVINGS, if you order by the case to have stock on hand, we will waive the shipping. Otherwise we charge a flat fee per item.
Drop Shipping: For single orders online or faxed, if you enter the customer shipping address we will drop ship direct to your customer FedEx ground and charge a flat rate per item. We then provide you the tracking numbers. Now that's easy!
Buy Backs: To reduce your risk aversion on a new product for you, and encourage higher order levels allowing you to have stock on hand, we offer a buy-back at the end of the year minus a 10% restocking fee to cover the initial shipping and handling.
A typical season sells 25-150 Rollers (or more), depending on how much you get the word out about this highly needed product. And Rollers are easy to stock with a single item box dimension of 42x5x3 inches at 8 lbs/ea.
