Our Background

Solar Factory Pool Products was originally established in 1989 by the company president, David Hoff. To our surprise, in the first month, 30 Solar Rollers were sold in the local test market of Vacaville California using a simple classified ad in the local newpaper.

It didn't take long, however, to learn another major company out of Canada filed for patent behind us on a similar product and consequently our efforts were tied up until prevailing with the patent rights in late 1996.
